Microphone Audio
When you click Start, the site requests microphone permission from your browser. Audio is processed locally in your browser (for the live meter, waveform visualization, and optional recording). We do not upload or store your microphone audio on our servers.
Device Labels (If Available)
After you grant permission, your browser may reveal microphone device names (labels). These labels are used only to populate the input device selector and on-page diagnostics. They are not uploaded.
Basic Usage Data
We may collect aggregated, anonymous usage metrics (such as page views) to improve performance and usability. If analytics are enabled in the future, they will remain privacy-focused and non-personal.
Cookies
We do not use tracking cookies. If we add optional analytics later, we will update this policy.
Data Retention
We do not retain your microphone audio. Any optional recording file is generated locally on your device and only saved if you download it. Server logs may temporarily store standard request metadata (IP address, user agent) for security and abuse prevention.

All traffic is served over HTTPS to protect data in transit.

If we ever integrate third-party services, they will be limited to infrastructure or analytics. We will not share your microphone audio or recordings with third parties.
